Manufacture
WALDLEBEN consists of amino acids, amides and carbohydrates in an aqueous solution, which is obtained in controlled enzymatic degeneration of proteins and starches from natural substances.
Following removal of the residual yeast, the finished WALDLEBEN product is in a quasi-stable state. The faintly sour odour and sweetish taste indicate its readiness for use.
The raw materials used in the production of WALDLEBEN are grain, starch, soya as well as honey and other types of sugar. The fermentation takes place with yeast cultures and yeast nutrient salts. Catalysts are also used to control the enzyme activity, a trace element solution and magnesium oxide to adjust the pH.
Mineral analysis
Chemical analysis forms the basis for quality control. The analysis values are used both for internal monitoring of the progress of the fermentation process and as an external feature for the quality of the WALDLEBEN end product.
The biological mode of action of WALDLEBEN cannot be deduced from the mineral analysis data.
The contents may vary due to the occasional variation in the contents of the source materials (natural products).
